Anneliese Louise van der Pol is a native of Holland and an American actor and singer. She's known for both her stage work and for her role as Chelsea Daniels in the Disney Channel show That's So Raven, and its sister show Raven's Home. Anneliese van der Pol has a Dutch heritage as well as being an American actor and singer best known for her regular roles on the TV series That's So Raven. The actress has appeared in 14 projects which includes TV video and series. Her most notable credits include Shalom Sesame Divorce. She has performed in over 15 TV shows. It's the title of a Musical and It's So Raven. Her appearance was also in various theatre plays. In 2006, she recorded a cover version of the classic Disney song Candle on the Water from Pete's Dragon to be used in an edition of Disneymania. While playing the role of Belle van der Pol on broadway, she's performed a number of songs featured in the production soundtrack. One of these songs is the famous A Change in Me.
